How to Apply/Register

1. Use the link below to pay the $25.00, non-refundable registration fee.

2. Download and fill out the MMU Registration Form.

Click on the link above to download the registration form. Depending on which browser you use, the file will download automatically or open in a new window. From the main menu select ‘File’ then ‘Save As’ to save it on your computer/laptop. For more information about downloading and saving files check out Internet Explorer and Firefox.

3. Send an introductory email to Dr. Linton with attached registration form, transcripts, resume, and proof of military experience (DD 214). Please allow 2-3 days for your application to be processed. We will contact you with instructions about tuition payments and courses after your application is approved.
