He’s Able
Here are the lyrics to the beloved chorus “He’s Able” written by Paul E. Paino in 1958.
He’s able, He’s able, I know He’s able;
I know my Lord is able to carry me through.
He’s able, He’s able, I know He’s able;
I know my Lord is able to carry me through.
He healed the broken-hearted
and set the captive free;
He made the lame to walk again
and caused the blind to see.
He’s able, He’s able, I know He’s able;
I know my Lord is able to carry me through.

We first learned this song and sang at our youth meetings in 2001. Since then, it does not matter when we sing it in church, kids, parents and grandparents go around singing it later. When we do requests, this song is on the list. Catchy tune with perfect words.

This morning while sitting going over how great God is, this song came into my spirit and I started to sing it. I wanted to hear it sung but could not find it. I was very happy to find the author of it and will be grateful if someone can tell me where I can find it probably on youtube so I can rejoice with some music. God bless!
Thank you.
